Izpat Consulting Limited ("we", "us") respects your privacy and processes personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Acts 1988–2018.

This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels or third-party scripts, and it has no forms. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for a short period for security purposes only.

When you contact us

If you email us, we use your name, email address and the information you provide to reply to your enquiry. We do not use it for marketing and we never sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Clients

If you become a client, we process the personal and financial data needed to provide accounting, payroll and tax services and to meet our legal obligations (including Revenue requirements and anti-money-laundering checks under the Criminal Justice (Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing) Act 2010, as amended). Details are set out in our engagement letter.

How long we keep data

Enquiries that don't lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for at least six years after the end of the relevant tax year, as required by law.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To make a request, email accounts@izpatconsulting.ie. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at www.dataprotection.ie.
